About Us

Mark Bouma brings over two decades of expertise in physical therapy, wellness, and injury prevention to DailyDurability. A Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of Washington, Mark has built a distinguished career focused on helping individuals optimize movement, recover from injuries, and build long-term physical resilience. DailyDurability extends this mission, offering evidence-based strategies to a broader audience beyond the clinic.

With a robust foundation in clinical practice, Mark holds multiple advanced certifications, including Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT), Certified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist (COMT), and an APTA Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS). Additionally, with previous training as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the Director of Player Health and Performance for USL2 and USLW soccer teams, he integrates strength and fitness principles with rehabilitation expertise to enhance movement quality and performance.

Beyond patient care, Mark is an active leader in the physical therapy community. He has mentored numerous physical therapists as a Clinical Fellowship Instructor, served on the Board of Directors for APTA Washington, and received the APTA Emerging Leader Award for his contributions to the profession. His impact extends through published articles, professional presentations, and mentoring.

Mark Bouma, co-founder of DailyDurability, designed the program based on decades of work in exercise science. A Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Mark brings over 20 years of expertise in physical therapy, injury prevention, and performance training.

His career has been dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and build lasting physical resilience. Through DailyDurability, Mark brings proven strategies to optimize movement, reduce injury risk, and support long-term well-being.
